The first band out was Peepshows, `til now I hadn´t heard any of their stuff... they´re another bunch of Bad Ass Rawkers from Scandinavia (Sweden this time), it´s gettin´ to the point that it´s hard to make room for more Scandinavian bands in this genre... You´ll have to be pretty damn awesome to make people take notice of you... These dudes knew how to rock, but it was quite evident that everyone in the audience was waiting for the main attraction... and so was I... but I´ll definitly try to get a hold of the stuff they´ve released thus far (If I wasn´t strapped for cash this evening I would´ve picked up some of their stuff after the gig)...

Right when the Peepshows were done with their set and I was about to go to the bar to have some ‘liquid’, there was a rumble and I just managed to step out of the way when two guys came flying across the floor... I just barely got the camera outta the way and then the dudes crashed right in to table filled with glasses and beer bottles... Shards all over the floor and all over one of the dudes, but he didn´t seem to mind... He and his friend started slammin´ again rightaway, among his friends were a ‘lady’ who must´ve been way over 50... and I thought I was ‘too’ old for this scene being 30+... One thing I noticed with these dudes was that the drunker they got, the more gay they looked... The slammin´ turned more cuddly and homo erotic thru the evening... losers ;)
Finally it was time for what we´ve all been waiting for... Gluecifer... I had a chance to see these dudes last fall, but I wasn´t feelin´ too well so I stayed home... I should`ve gone anyway, the adrenaline rush of seeing these guys live on stage would´ve taken care of any illness, would just have needed a few painkillers to handle the pain from bumping in to slammers and everything would´ve been swell...

When Gluecifer hit the stage it was full throttle rock `n´ roll right away... They started out with the pedal to the metal, and then somehow they managed to take it to yet another higher level, again and again and again... They might´ve even outrocked the Hellacopters!!!
As usual when there´s a good band hittin´ town there was plenty of people from the local bands in the audience like The Awesome Machine, Mustasch, Speedfreaks... and even Maurfahr... There were probably plenty more ‘locals’ there `cause Sticky Fingers was pretty crowded this night, and thursday isn´t even that good a night to have a gig in Gothenburg if you wanna see some heads in the audience...

Gluecifer played a pretty long set, how long I´m not sure of... kinda lost track of time... If you ever seen these dudes live you know what I´m talking about... If you haven´t seen Gluecifer on a stage yet, try to see `em on their European tour!
